Skylights

Skylights are used to bring natural light into areas that normally wouldn't have light.

Designed for roof deck mounted installations, they are perfect for visually expanding areas, such as interior halls, stairwells, and other closed-in, dark spaces that can be transformed with light and sky views.

All of the skylights that we install employ a structural perimeter frame that supports a glass "window".

They are fabricated with highly durable materials and are built to withstand anything Mother Nature throws their way.

All of the skylights that we install are designed for curb and deck mounted installations.

Fixed skylights provide a very economical choice in creating a spacious home that is filled with natural light.

Fixed skylights are non-operable.

To provide ventilation, you will need to install ventilating sky-lights, either manually or electrically operated models.

A major advantage ventilating sky-lights provide is that they enable home owners to con-trol the comfort levels in their homes by allowing stale, humid air to be released on-demand.

They are easily opened and closed with control rods, when installed out-of-reach, and with smooth turning handles, when skylights are installed within reach.

Electrically operated ventilating skylights allows for abundant natural light in and nasty stale, himid air out with a touch of a button.

They have a built-in rain sensor that will automatically close the skylight when it rains or snows.

They are are the perfect solution for homes with high celings, where control rods would be impractical.

Solar powered ventilating Skylights features a solar panel that captures any available daylight and uses it to recharge a highly efficient, fully concealed batterythat stores the energy to operate the opening/closing system during cloudy or non-daylight times.

They, also, contain a rain sensor to close an open skylight, when it begins to rain or snow.

Sun Tunnels

Sun tunnels are a cost effective way to add natural light to small spaces, like hallways, powder & laundry rooms, kitchenettes or any windowless space that would benefit from having a brighter, more vibrant appearance. And, they are easy to install.

A sun tunnel uses an adaptable reflecting tube to direct daylight into every corner of your home, where they are installed, pro-viding a brighter and more comfortable living environment in those, otherwise, dark areas.

Flexible tunnels are installed, when instal-lations around obstacles within the loft space is necessary.

They are the easiest product to install, because of the maneuverability of the material, that can bend around attic obstructions.

Rigid tunnels are installed when there is a straight, unobstructed path from the roof to the ceiling, although they can be maneuvered slightly.

The design of the low profile domes creates a sleek appearance on any roof line.

Sun tunnel domes are fabricated from a high impact resistant material and uses a durable metal frame for support.

We use prismatic diffusers in most of our sun tunnel installations which is the type showin in the image. However, two other styles are available: frosted & fresnel.
